With a distinguished career spanning over 22 years, Mr.Jameel has extensive experience in Building and MEP consultancy, leading business development, client engagement and technical delivery across HLG, Arabtec and AE-ARMA as well as heading the Engineering team at ArabTech (Dubai). He is a key member of the leadership team, providing strategic guidance and ensuring high-quality project execution in the design and delivery of complex building and infrastructure projects.

He has contributed to numerous landmark projects across the Middle East, UK, USA and ANZ, with a strong focus on design, BIM, MEP and engineering solutions. His expertise includes residential, commercial, retail, mixed-use and hospitality projects, from concept to completion.

Over a career spanning more than 35 years, Mr. Arya has worked as Buildings and MEP head of various consultancy business lines in WSP, AECOM and Jacobs, as well as Engineering Team of Laing O’Rourke in India, and taking care of the Architecture, Structure, MEP and BIM Services, including BoQ and Quantity Take-offs.

He has been involved in Design and Detailing Projects from Middle East, UK, USA and ANZ. Scope largely included design of Projects from SD stage to IFC, including DD, TD and Authority Submission for UAE Projects and RIBA Stages 3 and 4 for UK projects. Various projects included Residential, Commercial, Retail, Mixed Development and Hospitality Projects. All the projects delivered in BIM, with LOD of 200 in SD Stage and LOD 300 in DD Stage while if required IFC in LOD.

With extensive more than 20 years experience in Corporate Finance and Business Development, Mrs. Seth plays a key leadership role across India, UAE and the UK, driving strategic business partnerships and identifying new opportunities for organizational growth.

She is responsible for corporate finance strategy, business planning, financial partnerships, client relationships and business expansion, while working closely with leadership teams to strengthen commercial performance and create sustainable business impact.Her role involves building strong stakeholder relationships, exploring new markets and opportunities, and supporting the organization’s long-term growth strategy.

With over 15 years of professional experience, Mrs.Neha Srivastava has been leading Human Resources and Business Development functions in the IT & Non It Sector. She plays a key role in strengthening the organization’s people, processes and business growth while creating long-term value for the company.

She is responsible for HR strategy and workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, organizational development and HR operations, ensuring a strong and productive work environment.

Alongside HR leadership, she drives Business Development, client relationships, strategic partnerships, lead generation, proposal and tender coordination, business opportunities and market expansion. She works closely with leadership and technical teams to identify new opportunities, strengthen client relationships and support the company’s growth across domestic and international markets.
